RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We only offer exchanges or refunds on defected items. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order or they will not qualify for a refund.
We do not accept cash refunds. All refunds are made via bank transfer.
If the item ordered is defected under quality control, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified.
We do not offer refunds on a wrong size ordered.
We offer the best colour-match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.
Estelle Design House has the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock, and does not pass through quality control.
Once your order is processed you are not eligible to cancel it.
